Are you resting on the chest of a mountain?
Cloud of gold, you are fragile and timid.
Will it hide you? Maybe another day
You can leave it behind for a minute.
Will you shine for me? Can you ascertain
That your glow – it can never diminish?
There are times when I fear that you’re just air…
When the rain stops falling you disappear.
You are resting on the chest of the mountain.
All you want is to be where the skies are lit.
You can hide for now, but I keep wishing
That you knew that your beauty is splendid.
